Over the years, GME Painting Contractors has helped improve council properties and government buildings with maintenance, painting and decorating services.
Part of the project this time, will be to bring council houses up to standard. Updating homes with a fresh coat of paint and a fresh outlook for tenants. We know through our experience of working on council premises and housing association painting and decorating projects, what this means. How moving back into a home that has recently been decorated, can add so much value to people’s lives.
The first phase will be to prepare the properties by cleaning down any mould residues and carrying out pre paint repairs. This then allows our team to paint internal and external walls, doors and windows throughout, to finish each house in turn. We work as a team with other contractors, completing homes for tenants to move back into as quickly as possible.
