Our skilled specialists at GME were recruited to help complete the refurbishment of Keighley Leisure Centre recently, with the gym set to reopen on the 6th of January. Gym’s and leisure centres tend to become less busy on the lead up to Christmas due to festive celebrations and parties, as a result, Bradford City Council opted to close the gym during the refurbishment period to minimise potential interruptions to regular gym-goers.
This was an exciting project involving a complete revamp of the gym and gym facilities. Our team prepared, painted and finished the entire interior of the gym, creating a clean and modern appearance. Following this, the revamp included the installation of state-of-the-art equipment, including cardio machines with internet access.
This revamp was led by Bradford City Council who stated that they wanted the gym to encourage more people to go to the gym through its aesthetic and equipment, with the hope that it will keep residents of Keighley more active, healthy, and happy. As a result, our highly capable team of painters were on hand to deliver excellent finishes to the leisure club.
